"we" or "ERS") recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by users of our websites, participants
in our programs, and all other customers of our products and services. We created this policy with a fundamental respect for our
customers' right to privacy and to guide our relationships with our customers. This Privacy Statement discloses the privacy practices
for all products and services owned by ERS.
ERS will disclose its information practices and has agreed to notify you of:
- What personally identifiable information of yours, or third-party personally identifiable information, is collected from you through the website
- The organization collecting the information

Information Collection and Use
FundingFactory is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in
ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. “Personal Information” means information that identifies a person, such as the person's
full name, home address, email address, telephone number, credit card information, or any other information that would allow someone to identify
or contact you. Use of Personal Information is explained further below. “Aggregated Information” includes, but is not limited to data such as the
Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer, your browser software (i.e. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.) and configuration, which
pages you access or visit while using this site, and any information submitted through or obtained by your interaction with our website other than
Personal Information. For example, when you request a page from FundingFactory.com, our servers log your IP address. We use your IP address to
help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. We do not link your IP address to any Personal Information, so although
your session is logged, you will remain anonymous to us. We may from time to time share Aggregated Information (in a way that does not specifically
identify your Personal Information) with our business partners, advertisers, sponsors, and other third parties.
The registration form requires basic information (i.e., organization name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, contact name,
how they learned about the FundingFactory) and unique identifiers (a user ID and password) when becoming a participant in a program. We use
unique identifiers such as user IDs and passwords to verify your identity and give access to sections of the website that are only available
to registered participants. We use your participant contact information, which may include Personal Information such as telephone, fax and/or
email address, from the registration form, to send you information about our company, new and/or additional customer services, special
program promotions and contests, or information concerning problems that may have developed relevant to your participation. Participants
are not required to provide an email address to use the website or participate in FundingFactory.com programs. You may opt out of receiving
future mailings; see the choice/opt out section below.
The Business Support Program registration form for companies and other groups wishing to support an organization, requires basic information
(i.e., company name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, contact name, participant ID, referral information) and unique identifiers
(a user ID and password) when becoming a participant in a program. Unique identifiers (such as user IDs and passwords) are collected to verify
the user's identity and access sections of the website that are only available to registered Business Support Program participants. We use
participant contact information, which may include Personal Information such as telephone, fax and/or email address, from the registration form,
to send the user information about our company, new and/or additional customer services, special program promotions and contests, or information
concerning problems that may have developed relevant to their participation. Participants are not required to provide an email address to use the
website or participate in FundingFactory.com programs. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt out section below.
Our website's box order form requires a participant to specify the number of cartridge and cell phone collection boxes that they require.
The organization name, organization address, and contact name, provided during the registration process, are used to ship the boxes to the
website. Cookies may also be used to automate certain information and order requests from registered participants of FundingFactory programs.

The benefit of these cookies is to expedite the completion of information required for certain functions in the administrative area of the
site. Rejecting the cookie does not prevent a visitor from accessing the site's general information areas. Program coordinators must accept
cookies when logging into the administrative area of the website. Program coordinators will not be able to utilize many of the administrative
features with cookies disabled.
Google Analytics for Display Advertising and Opt-Out
We use certain services provided by Google Analytics to gather information about how our users interact with the site. This information helps
us optimize the site to provide a better user experience. One or more of the following Google Analytics for Display Advertising features may be
implemented on our website: Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the DoubleClick Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics
Demographics and Interest Reporting. We may use Remarketing with Google Analytics to advertise online. Third-party vendors, including Google,
may show our ads on sites across the Internet. Thus, by visiting our website, you may see ads for our products and services when you visit other
your browser by third parties, together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to our website. We, along with third-party
to report how your ad impressions, other uses of ad services, and interactions with these ad impressions and ad services are related to visits
to our website. You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using Google's
Tell a Friend
The FundingFactory website contains a "Tell A Friend" function for sending program information to friends and associates. The email information
is used for the purpose of this one-time email and is not used for any secondary purpose, nor is it stored in any database.
Email addresses from inquiries about FundingFactory.com are not retained for mailing list purposes.
Contests or Sweepstakes
FundingFactory.com periodically runs contests or sweepstakes for both new and existing participants. Information gathered for contests or
sweepstakes is identical to that requested when registering for a program. No new information is required. Cartridge and cell phone returns
are tracked to ensure proper awarding to participants additional chances to win. All information used for these contests or sweepstakes is
collected and used exclusively by the FundingFactory for the purpose of administrating that particular contest or sweepstakes. There is no
sharing of any information with third parties.
FundingFactory.com will periodically send email to registered participants only. These emails are for the purpose of motivation, promotion,
and support, regarding promotional and informational subjects. We highly value and appreciate your participation in our fundraising programs,
and we will NEVER abuse your trust by sharing your Personal Information with any third party. You may opt out of receiving future mailings; see
the choice/opt out section below. The purpose of collecting telephone and fax numbers is for communication and support reasons only, and no
salesperson will call.
Partners (Affiliate Program)
FundingFactory.com has partners/affiliates and does not share any information with them. Affiliates are websites that link to FundingFactory
for the purpose of directing traffic towards FundingFactory.com. FundingFactory is not responsible for the privacy policies or content of these
affiliates, but each affiliates site has been reviewed with regard to objectionable or adult material or content deemed to be inappropriate.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control, both online and
offline. FundingFactory employees understand the security policy/practices and are made aware of all changes to this site as they occur, especially
as they relate to the privacy of registered participants and visitors. This is accomplished through regularly scheduled meetings as well as
interoffice memos, as required.
Access to data is limited to key management employees and accessed only by username and password provided and monitored by the site
administrator. Secure sections of the site can only be accessed by these designated employees. The server that stores the personally identifiable
information is kept in a secure environment, within access-restricted rooms.
The entire site is reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that security has not been breached, and possible security defects, arising from
site changes and/or edits, are eliminated prior to those changes being made "live".
Our website provides users the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information
about the visitor.
